Shift time – 1 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting onboarding processes, such as preparing new employee paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Managing office supplies, ordering materials, and ensuring a well-stocked office environment.
- Handling general office administration tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing emails and reception.
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
- Prior administrative experience, particularly in an HR context, is advantageous.
- Commerce graduate freshers are also welcome who are interested to make a career in Admin and HR.
