We are is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to drive our social media presence and paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage targeted advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads and contribute to management of our LinkedIn corporate account, helping establish the company as the leading voice in financial services and insurance research.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day LinkedIn content calendar execution, including posting research previews, company updates, and thought leadership content in partnership with Digital Marketing Manager.
- Monitor and engage with comments and messages on our LinkedIn corporate account, ensuring timely responses.
- Set up and manage LinkedIn audiences and advertising campaigns to promote marketing campaign content.
- Execute Google Ads campaigns focusing on priority keywords and brand terms.
- Track campaign performance for LinkedIn and Google Ads, optimizing ads based on key metrics like CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and adjusting bids/budgets as necessary.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, opportunities for improvement, and insights from competitor campaigns.
- Maintain documentation of campaign structures, audience targeting, and best-performing ad creative, and ad spend against budget, providing regular pacing updates.
- Support A/B testing of ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Success Measures:
- Increase LinkedIn follower count by 5% month-over-month through organic content strategy.
- Maintain LinkedIn post engagement rate above 3% through optimized content and timing.
- Achieve average Google Ads click-through rate of 2% within first 6 months.
- Keep cost per lead within 10% of target across all paid campaigns.
- Create monthly performance dashboards tracking key social and paid advertising metrics, highlighting results of A/B tests and performance vs goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with focus on social media and paid advertising.
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts, preferably in B2B environment.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
- Basic design skills for social media assets (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics.
- Excellent writing and editing capabilities for business audience.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Interest in financial services and technology industry trends is a plus.
