Job Description:


Shift timings: 1 p.m. – 10 p.m. (Work from office)

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
  2. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project life-cycle.
  3. Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screenings, and interviews.
  2. Manage employee onboarding and training programs.
  3. Maintain employee records and handle confidential information.
  4. Oversee office maintenance and supply management.
  5. Assist with preparing payroll and handling employee benefits.
  6. Manage schedules, appointments, and organize meetings.
  7. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  9. Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role.
  10. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  11. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software is added advantage.
