Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements
- Strong understanding of basic statistical concepts
- Able to analyze and interpret quantitative data to answer business questions
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with R, SPSS, Q, SAS, or other statistical software
- Familiarity with programming surveys in Decipher/Forsta, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills: ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and successfully manage deadlines
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience with research in a business context
- Experience with questionnaire writing, design, and development preferred, but not required
- Experience working with vendors (bonus ifsurvey research panel vendors)
- Project scoping and proposal development experience
- Experience creating charts in Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience coding in Python or similar

Priority Experience (Required):
- 1-3 years’ work experience in a professional services environment (management consulting/business research/advisory)
- Experience or background with survey research

- Social science research methods training or experience
- Some background in financial services or insurance industry
